The hotel was ok but our room was not cleaned prior to us arriving so was in a disgusting state, and the cleaning for the remaining of the week was pretty poor other than one day when they bothered to clean the floors. The hotel was very noisy so even for us 21yr olds we just couldnt sleep due to noise from other people staying and also the roads outside. The hotel did however have a fantastic pool and a nice small one. It was in a perfect location for getting around the area, particually for the nightlife it was ideal.
Overall it was a fantastic holiday and great location, but I would not stay at this hotel again unless it improved on noise and cleaning.
This was the best hotel i have stayed in while in Tenerife. The staff were helpful and friendly including the security guards. The location was brilliant just a 5 minute walk which was close enough to walk to the nightlife but wasnt too close to the noise of all the hardcore party goers still out til 7 in the morning! I would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting reasonably priced accomodation.

A very good choice for those people on a tight budget, who fancy going to the reef for a party holiday. Very good location, close to the nightlife, but not too close. I would have no hassles in recommending this place for others to visit.
I have stayed here many a time. Hotel really close to the action but far enough away you can have a good night sleep (if you wanted to). Rooms are nice and are always clean. Pool is lovely but if you go out of season NOV-MAR the sun doesnt get to the pool. They do though have a small splash pool at the back of the hotel that gets sun all year round. You can also sunbathe on the roof, where is sunloungers and jacuzzi!! I have only stayed self catering so can not comment on the food. Security is very tight, but made me feel safe in the room. Overall great hotel!!!!
