First time to this Hotel Would i recommend it - Most definately YES
Food
We stayed Half Board food was fantastic Great varity from fish Hot and Cold meats, vegaterian etc etc. We stayed for 10 Nights and never ate the same for 2 nights on the trot. Sweets they are to die for Cakes Ice cream, fresh cream fruit you name it they had it
Accomadation
This is where the Hotel and staff really score big time with me. When we arrived we were given a room which was clean tidy and large. Unfortunatley we had a couple of issues TV did not work Front door did not always catch right when closing and the Light in the bathroom above the mirror did not work. I here you ask why i said i scored this Big time. Well in life we always come across problem but i score people on how they react to fixing them. The Staff of the Boughanvilla were fantastic because within minutes they upagraded us to a fantastic room right abouve the Pool, we did not even have to ask or complain and the manager applosigised over and over again, they also reconsided us sevelral days later and ask if our new room was to our satisfaction
Evening Entertanment
The entertainment in the hotel appered very good but my wife and myself like to try different places. Oiut side the front door and straight across the pedestrain crosssing you will find the a super pub called Starbar great entertainment.Go out the side gate and turn left down to the promenade then turn right and take a beautifull walk around to Porta Colon, here you will find more great entertainment. Also the beach in my opinion is much better than the one you see from the Hotel .
Day Time Entertainment
Absolutely brilliant They look after the kids 1st class and for the larger kids like myself even better
Drinks
Some people say the Hotel is very expensigve but in all honesty where would you go back home get a pint for 3.10 euros in a 4* Hotel. If the price is too high then do as i seen many other people do slip out the side gate and bring it in from the supermarket or out the front door wher you can sit in abar and buy it from 1.50 > 2.00 euros a pint
Tips
We the old legs get tired with the climb up and down from the promenade then go out the side gate carry straight on for appox 50 yards until you get to a small quiant Chapel on your right go to the Bell Tower and low and behold you will find a Lift that takes you down to the Promenade

This hotel is up in San Eugenie and a great hotel if you like to be a wee bit away from the action yet close enough where it doesnt cost a bomb in a taxi. the views from this hotel are amazing most have sea views. There is a great mix of people in the hotel but its not for the young and lively. staff are great and very helpful. good choice of food, kids will be able to eat no problem. there is loads of activies on during the day to keep kids entertained with kids club etc and things like water aeorbics for the adults as well. there is daily shows on at night as well but we never went to any. i would defo go back to this hotel.
