I wasnt that impressed with this hotel to be honest. the rooms were fine and the pool area is massive. most of the staff are ok but the cleaners didnt clean properly in fact we didnt see them for most of the holiday. And my jewellery got stollen, there seemed to be some kind of inside job going on with that but i dont know what.
Its in brilliant location for all the main bits in las americas. There is massive rooms for people with 10 people etc so there was a few kids around when we went but i wouldnt recommed this at this time maybe it was just cause it was middle of summer but the noise levels were shocking. A few did not have a care in the world about being considerate about coming in at 6am and screaming through the whole hotel.
I would stay here again if it was the cheapest but not if it was the same price as other hotels
