Fantastic staff, food & entertainment

Absolutely fantastic place. Great staff especially Suzy and Alex (he mixes a mean cocktail).
Food is fantastic, lots of choice and fresh. Live entertainment every night which is great.
The owner is as hard working as the rest of the staff, and is always keen to muck in.
A great place for all.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

On the last night of our holiday we decided to eat in this place, big mistake. Once we'd already sat down and ordered an annoying pushy PR man kept coming up to the table and making silly jokes and trying to get a tip (for doing basically nothing). The food that was served to us looked fairly unappetising, both chicken dishes. They tasted bad, the chicken must've been off and the bill wasn't exactly reasonable either. The PR man had the cheek to say "you come back tomorrow night, yes?" I made a rude comment back about the food whilst he tried to drag some more people in. The worst part was the fact that after this meal I was sick all night in the hotel room and felt ill travelling home the next day. 2 days on from the holiday and I'm still not feeling great from it. I hope this place gets shut down. Places like this give Tenerife a bad name.
