Awful service rude waiters

The food was fantastic we were called into the restaurant by the PR outside and told him we had a Green Banana Card which he said we could use. They have a bottle of red wine on every table and just assume when your seated that you want it, when we said no thank you the waiter grabbed it off the table and stomped off!! We didn't order starters and just had a main meal which was lovely and there was alot of it. The waiters were stood on the pavement tormenting a chinese street seller and eldely lady and they kept grabbing things off her and messing around with them which we thought was a bit unfair as she seemed to get quite distressed by this (she was only walking by not trying to bother their customers) This was happening during our meal and even the PR guy looked uncomfortable about it. I left the Green Banana Card on the table and my husband asked for the bill, when i came it didn't have the discount off it so i asked them to take it off as the Rep had told us to persist if they didn't but the waiter was very rude and shouted at me telling me i should have told him before i asked for the bill and then shoved the card into my face and showed me the small print, when i moved back and told him that we had told the PR guy when we came in and that the other waiter had seen the card before he got the bill he stormed off to ask the other waiter who said he hadn't seen it at all!! He also said the PR man didn't work for them? In the end he was so rude that i was worried my husband would get annoyed about the way he get shoving the card in my face i paid the bill and we left. It was very upsetting and the PR was upset for us and followed us round the corner and said sorry for their behaviour and they were out of order for being so rude.As it was our last night we couldn't do much about it but i wouldn'd recommend the place at all and wish we hadn't gone in.

absolutely great food this one really stands out among italian restaurants!!!! try the papardelle or the lovely veal with lemon sauce.
