A hidden gem
This tiny little place is visited by returning guests throughout the year as well as plenty of locals. Its obvious that Rob and Sally, the owners, are doing something right!
The restaurant is set completely outside on the quiet promenade close to the Los Cristianos harbor. Its location is very quaint and is a great place to sit and people watch while sipping on the locally sourced wine.
The food really is something else. All the produce is fresh and locally sourced and cooked to perfection by Rob and his team of chef's. The menu is geared towards the British tourists so you'll find an array of steaks, salads and International dishes. The seperate menu for vegitarians is a nice touch with all dishes made from scratch onsite. The portions are massive but quality is not compromised unlike some other 'gutbuster' places.
Theres a good selection of local wines, spirits and beers as well as some imported beers. Service is always friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
as far as price goes, its certainly not the cheapest meal you'll have but you get what you pay for. So if you like quality food in nice surroundings then this really is a place to visit! Its well worth booking a table as the resttuarant can be very busy in peak season.

Once my husband and I found this place we were hooked!
Being vegetarian it was really difficult to find nice food, so this was fantastic. The service was really friendly and quick too.
My husband turned 30 while we were in Tenerife and decided to go to the olive garden for lunch after the celebrations the night before. The owner was asking if we were out the night before and we told her it was his 30th birthday that day. When i went to the toilet i was pulled to one side and asked what kind of cake he liked, giving me a selection. She then presented him with a very large piece of coffee cake, complete with candle, as a birhtday treat for him! (it was delicious btw)
The food is fantastic, i have been craving the korma and veg-wot-a-chic since we came back last month!! Well worth going to.
